Now it was time to address the issues with the car that I knew about, the WOF failures.
To celebrate 10 years of ownership, I thought I would finally treat the Fit to some new shocks and a mild lowering. It didn’t quite go as planned.
It has been a bit quiet on the Swift front, but with the annual WOF check looming, it was time to get it into the garage and get it ready.

Of course, nothing is ever simple. Try and sell a car, get messed around a bit, try and take it for a WOF to make it easier to sell, and oh hey, it failed. Thankfully nothing too major, just a couple of flogged arms.
As the first step to sorting out the issues needed to get Snicket on the road, I decided to remove the radius arms, so it also knocks out two jobs in one.
Worn bushes are no fun, and these bushes get a hard time in normal use. My Tie Rod bushes were stuffed and needed replacing.
With the brakes rebuilt, it was time to get it all together and back on the ground.
