So the other day I concluded that the sunroof motor was OK but the gearing was stuffed. Obviously this was no good as I had no real way of opening or closing the sunroof, or keeping it closed.

I have known since I got the car that the paintwork was a bit shabby, and didn’t seem to have even a smidgen of wax on it. With the British Car Day coming up soon, I had to tidy it up a bit.
Boom. Just like that, my work has paid off.
Oh hey, it’s been a year…. and 100 posts!
I took the Rover for its first actual drive since I got the car, today. I have had it two months and driven it less than 100km (but used almost half a tank of gas) 😞
Following on from the first days work, I jumped back in and started putting it all back together again.
Its time to fix the reason I havent driven the SD1 since the day I purchased it. The leaking fuel return hose.
The box of bits from the previous owner arrived, so out goes the pod, in goes the original filter.
Like usual, I don’t mess around when I get a new toy, so after work I cracked into the Rover again.
I really should have started with this post, but oh well.
