As mentioned in the previous update, the gearbox needed some attention. Nothing is straightforward, though.
I left off the last instalment with a head on the block, but no oil pump, so I couldn’t finish the assembly.
The big rebuild has kicked off, but it’s the kind of kicking that also includes screaming.
So, I’ve had the car just over a week now, and it’s been a busy old time.
