Just a small but significant update today.
The first step in getting Lucas back on the road was to address the one issue I knew of when buying the car; the lack of a working indicator stalk.
Here we go again. The SD1 sickness just gets into your blood and never leaves.
The clutch was still playing up, so it was time to find out why.
Like all good things, my ownership of the Tomcat wrapped up today.
Just a quick update to show where I’m at with the Marina.
Like all new toys, it’s hard to leave things alone long. The first upgrade I wanted to do was fit a better headunit.
Unfortunately, due to my special ability to keep bringing neglected cars home with me, I now have a dire need to make some space, so the BMW will be sold.
Like all cars I buy, especially ones this cheap, there are issues. Not for long though.
