Wow, it’s almost been a year since Part 1, this project really has been on the back burner.
Oh hello again, it’s been a while. No one likes sagging, so let’s fix it.
Just a quick update to show where I’m at with the Marina.
The time has finally come. I couldn’t put it off anymore. I needed to cut out the rust.
In a couple of weeks, I would have owned the Marina for a year. That’s a reasonably long time for me to own a car, so I needed something to mark that milestone.
Wrapping up the suspension meant I could move onto another small job I needed to attend to; Flushing the cooling system.
I had a brainwave, and some good advice, which got me going again.
One part I neglected to address in my previous post about the driveshaft was the sliding yoke. It was seized, and no amount of pretending it wasn’t was freeing it up.
