As mentioned in the previous update, once I noticed the engine wasn’t happy, I began looking into how bad it was, hoping it was recoverable.
This may not surprise you, but I have been bit by the Rover SD1 bug.
Just a small but significant update today.
The first step in getting Lucas back on the road was to address the one issue I knew of when buying the car; the lack of a working indicator stalk.
Here we go again. The SD1 sickness just gets into your blood and never leaves.
The clutch was still playing up, so it was time to find out why.
